- Delivery: Orders typically arrive in 3-4 business days but can take up to 8 business days depending on your location. We ship all products from our warehouse in Bengaluru.
- Discreet Packaging: We take your privacy seriously. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes with no external branding, ensuring your delivery arrives with complete peace of mind.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our products go through rigorous testing and inspection before shipping, but if an issue arises, we're here to help.
- Return Window: If you need a refund or replacement, please submit your request within 48 hours of receiving your package.
- Eligibility: For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. We may ask for images or videos to verify the product's condition.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an unopened and unused product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
- Late Returns: Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for a return or refund. Returns will be denied if the product has been used, opened, or the seal has been tampered with.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our quality team will inspect it. If your return is approved, we'll notify you by email. You can receive either a refund to your original payment method (minus any shipping costs you may have incurred) or a gift card for store credit. Please allow up to 15 days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as the order has not yet been shipped. If your order has already shipped, you may initiate a return as long as the product is unopened.
