Libertee Shipping and Return Policies

RETURNS POLICY

At Libertee, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We have implemented a return policy that ensures you receive the highest quality products and services. Our products go through rigorous testing to ensure that they meet our quality standards, and all shipments are carefully inspected prior to shipping. If you do have an issue with your product and require a replacement or a refund, we'll do our best to make it happen.

Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept the return of items that have been opened, part-consumed, or used. We will accept returns or offer refunds only in the following circumstances:

You must submit a return request within 48 hours of receiving the package and include your Order ID. To verify the condition of the product, we may require images or video. If approved, we will initiate the refund or exchange process. While we are happy to arrange a return/refund, we will ask you to cover all shipping costs (Rs.50 for initial shipment and Rs.100 for return shipment and processing).

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you wish to exchange an unopened and unused product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we'll be happy to assist you.

LATE/UNACCEPTABLE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you fail to contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package, your item may not be eligible for return/refund. The return will be denied or rejected if the product is found to be used or opened, or if the seal has been tampered with.

REFUND PROCESS

Once we have received the returned item at our fulfillment center, our quality team will inspect it. If the return is approved, we will notify you via email. You will either receive a refund amount (less shipping costs) back to the original payment method you used or a gift card in the form of store credit. You can specify which option you prefer. Please allow up to 15 days from the day we approve the returned item for the refund to be credited to your account. The length of time for the refund is also dependent on bank processing times.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not yet shipped. If your order has already shipped, you may initiate a return as long as the original packaging has not been opened.
